How does this work for my company?

SleekVox provides the website interface for you to customize your Voice AI Bot so that it have the knowledge to help you to answer your call. You can upload your FAQs article, documents, etc so that your Voice AI Bot can quickly learn and provide seamless experience for your customer.

What do I need to get this service running?

A new local Singapore phone number (starting with prefix 6) registered under your company name would be subscribed monthly. Also, you would need a Mobile phone with SleekVox app installed to receive escalated calls. For overseas enquiries, please feel free to check with us.

Can it hand off to a human agent?

Yes — escalation option is available to transfer with a screen-pop, so the human agent sees full call context (Intent, Sentiment, Call Summary) before picking up the call.

Does it support local Singapore English accents?

Yes. Our system utilise leading Speech To Text engines to support local Singapore English accent

How about other languages?
